What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer free local collection / delivery in our local area of Selby and surrounding villages (YO8) Postcode this will be applied when you enter your postcode in the checkout all other charges are below.
UK shipping is £3.95 and international delivery is from £6.95.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We currently only accept Paypal but are looking to add more providers shortly.
How long will delivery take?
We post using Royal mail and depending on which service you select it can take anywhere from 1 - 2 days or 4 - 5 days for an economy service.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We do not share ant data with any 3rd parties. All payments are secured using Paypal and the data is stored on there servers.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Your items will be picked and wrapped and you will receive a confirmation of your order being dispatched or if you have select to collect in store we will advise it is ready for collection.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
All orders will receive an electronic Invoice via email or you can view your order in your account area of thew website.
